Mind control is always awesome, and it's even more awesome when you can use it to unlock achievements. Take the 'Hat Trick' achievement, for example. In Rage, if you manage to kill three enemies using just one mind controlled enemy, you'll unlock 'Hat Trick' on the Xbox 360 version of the game.
If you're playing Rage on the Xbox 360, you'll find that your sentry bot is very helpful. For example, if you want to unlock the 'Passive Aggressive' achievement, you can head into the mutant game show and activate your bot. If it gets three kills, you'll get the achievement. Just make sure it doesn't die!

Some of the most exciting indie games currently in development have been so for years, or look like they will be.

It took three days to build and includes: "4 courtyards, one main concourse and a HUGE underground arrivals and departures area to the various different areas on the server".
This picture is the basis of my first how-to blog post. I made it a couple summers ago with a neighborhood family. I really wanted to show how much fun the kids. I could have tried to capture each of them individually in one perfect shot but this picture is the real story! Such a fun family!
