Balloon animals are great fun, but imagine what it would be like to eat in the food court of your local mall and then suddenly have a multitude of nearly a hundred or more balloon artists twisting balloon dogs and swords all together at the same time? Welcome to balloon animal flash mobs! This was just the first of what I'm sure is more to come. Check it out!
This is it! That last basic mission. Last Friday's mission was to accomplish solving HackThisSite, basic mission 11. This final mission in the basic series was made to give us the skills and a place to apply our Apache server knowledge. This will teach us how to traverse through awkward and custom directory structures.
With all the great cakes on the site, I thought I'd share one from my collection. Straight from the Make Balloon Animals World, I wanted to share this giant balloon birthday cake. This gentleman got his wish for his birthday... A giant cake AND the girl of his dreams.

Pierce a balloon without popping.
While one of your buddy's are asleep at night, you put a bunch of helium balloons in their room, close the door. Then set of the fire alarm and watch them try to get out of the room while its full of balloons, then when they finally get out of the room, pie them in the face with a birthday cake and yell "happy birthday!"
Inspired by Cornell's new, innovative robotic gripper (a sort of shape-shifting balloon hand), Steve Norris of Norris Labs decided to go DIY and make his own home-brewed replica at a lower cost.
My best prank would be to tie a bunch of helium balloons to a chair and tie a really long rope to the chair (probably 20 feet high). Then tell someone the skit will be for them to get in the chair and the balloons will take them up and they won't know how to get down. Once they are up in the air and have no way to get down then you can throw things at them... like poop. And to top it off you could shoot paint ball guns at the balloons to pop them and let the person down.
If you ever need to wash your beanie and need some sort of hat mould to retain the shape of the fabric while it is drying, blow up a party balloon until it is about the size of your head. Place the beanie on top of the balloon until it dries.
Balloons are fun, but the helium ones are always more entertaining. So today, we're going to learn how to make hydrogen gas by combining toilet bowl cleaner with aluminum foil. With hydrogen, you get the same lighter-than-air properties of helium, plus it will explode! Historically, this has proven disastrous, but for our tiny-scale experiments, it will be safe and fun!
If you want to prank someone with a water balloon, but don't actually have any water balloons lying around, just use some paper instead. Yes, I know... paper doesn't sound like something that will work, but with you'd be surprised what can be done with a little origami.
I can't win the prize (though I wish I could), so I decided to show off more than just one photo from a recent hot air balloon ride I took. If you're going to submit to the contest, make sure to only submit one photo, to make it fair.

Truly spectacular and one the most breathtaking DIY endeavors to grace the front page of WonderHowTo, a recreation of Pixar's UP house was launched to an altitude of 10,000 feet in a private airfield near Los Angeles this past week. The project was executed by a team of engineers, scientists and veteran balloon pilots—(meaning, please, Do Not Try This at Home).
A group of R/C helicopter enthusiasts (of the superbly named entertainment production company Dude Licking a Pole Production) outfit a mini 'copter with little missiles, and send it out to hunt balloons in the cold Swedish wild. Motivation: mystifying. Outcome: wonderful. It's like James Bond meets an arcade game. And it's got everything we love: R/C , fireworks, and great video game style motion graphics.
My idea is they get too big a balloon and fill with urine and poo and throw it at someone from atop a building.
If you need a cloudy background for a photo or video, you can always turn an old aquarium into a DIY cloud tank. But, if you want something more fun and less creepy, these fluffy cloud props by Serena Thompson might be more what you're looking for. It'd even make a good Halloween costume if you tweak it a little. All you need is some balloons, tape, flour, newspaper, and a bunch of pillow stuffing. Serena made them by taping balloons together and applying a mixture of water and flour, then co...
Rent a moon-bounce. Cover the inside of the moon-bounce with lube. Take 4-6 blind-folded crew members and put them in the moon-bounce. Feisty on-lookers can add to the fun by throwing lube balloons or lube-soaked sponged into the moon-bounce. You'll get great spills, great collisions and great laughs :)
Here's a nice little challenge for you to try this weekend. For those of you with Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, and are looking to make an easy 25G, this is for you. However, there's one big obstacle standing in your way, and that's where the Achievement Hunters come in. See, you have to grenade jump your way across a pretty large gap. I'd try to explain it, ...

First off, let's explain the story that inspired the phot I'm using for the post. Friday night, restaurant gig at Vallartas Mexican Restaurant in Lutz/Land O' Lakes, and I was making balloons for all the children throughout the evening. As I'm about halfway through my shift, I approach a table with two little girls (and their parents). One girl was about 6 with straight blond hair and the second girl, like pictured, had the most adorable little blond ringlets bouncing around her face as she g...
A simple idea, but I got a few chuckles out of it. A classic water balloon fight but instead of water use horse semen or horse urine as a substitute.
