Backbends shouldn't really be called "backbends", but instead "full body bends" because they involved so much more than just your back. All on its own, your spine has a pretty impressive range of motion, but in order to do a deep backbend, all the muscles and connective tissues that support your spine need to be long and limber. Everyone I know who has an impressive backbend swears by the reclining hero or supta vajrasana posture. Be safe, but if possible, hold this one for a long time.

Get a little use out of those empty tin cans you are going to throw away. Recycle them into a cutting disc. So, check out this video tutorial to see how to make a cutting disc for a Dremel rotary tool. These Dremel cutting disks are pretty easy to make. Just get a can opener, take off the lid of one of your junk aluminum cans, and begin to disc away. You'll need a Dremel sanding disc for a stencil reference. These are less dangerous than normal sharp cutting disks, not to mention cheap.

Your vehicle's power steering pump is integral to your car functioning at all. That's because the power steering pump is what provides the hydraulic power for steering. Without it, your car would pretty much go nowhere. Inside the pump, retractable vanes spin, pulling hydraulic fluid in with low pressure and spitting it out at high pressure.
