A quick note before we get to any achievement talk. To get the 'Jaws' achievement in Battlefield 3, you'll need the Back to Karkand DLC. There are two ways to get it, though. Either you payed for it, or you got it for free because you pre-ordered the game.
This is one of the coolest achievements/easter eggs I've seen in a while. Batman's foe Calendar Man has a disposition for, you guessed it, calendars. And with that comes an unnatural fascination with the major holidays, which is the basis of the achievement 'Storyteller'.
Every Modern Warfare game has had bits of enemy intel for you to recover, and they're always hidden within the level. The few pieces I've uncovered across the series has always been through dumb luck. But if you want that 'Scout Leader' achievement, you'll have to find all 46 pieces of intel throughout the entire single player campaign.
Another great thing about Batman: Arkham City? The rogues gallery! Every great villain from Batman's history shows up in the game, and it's always awesome when they do turn up. Even Mr. Freeze, my least favorite of Batman's enemies, is kind of cool in the game (see what I did there?).
The Standing Stones in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim are wonderful little additions to the game. Basically, they give your character modified attributes, or special abilities to give you the upper hand in the game. For example, if you activate The Mage Stone, you'll learn all of your magicka skills 20% faster. Long story short, they're awesome and you should find as many as possible.
It may not be the most epic of quests in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, but it's one that's worth taking up. Getting married not only gets you 20G on Xbox 360 or a bronze trophy on PlayStation 3, but you also get some cool in-game bonuses. Your wife (or husband, depending on gender or sexual orientation) will cook you a hot meal every day that restores your health fully, and she or he will even give you gifts sometimes!

As much as I love Scrabble, the iPhone and Android versions of the game are just not as much fun or as fast paced as Words with Friends. I play both, but I'm most active on Zynga's version of the mobile word game because it's quicker to make moves, doesn't take as long to update, and gives more immediate competition, due to the fact that it's not as intimidating as Scrabble is to a lot of my friends. Minecraft has been out nearly two years now. Hard to believe, isn't it? Fans of the game have been spoiled with a lot of new content over that span from its creator Notch, as well as its modders. Video games consoles have long wanted to be more than just consoles. Nintendo Japan called the NES the Famicom because they wanted to make it the sole family computer. Obviously that didn't work out, and most efforts to make consoles into all-in-one entertainment systems have had similar fates. Sony has done the best job with the Playstation consoles, probably because they have experience with other types of electronics that most video game companies do not.

Last night was an amazing game for the Philadelphia Flyers. It was a huge win for the boys is in black and orange.
