The Xposed Framework is a very powerful platform on top of which smaller modules can run to make changes to the Android system and various other apps. Installing modules is just as easy as sideloading any Android app, but afterwards, you'll need to activate the module and reboot your device.
Android has a permission that allows apps to draw on top of other apps, but as fun as that may sound, it has mostly been used to create floating multitasking utilities. While these can certainly be useful, it would still be nice if this permission were taken literally and we could actually draw on top of apps.

This is a prank me and two friends from my high school did this last summer. We went to Walmart to try pranking shoppers. In this video, we were throwing things in walmart. We took super soft stuffed animals (to make sure we didn't hurt anybody) and threw them over the aisle to try putting things in people's carts.
