You will need: 2 1/2 pounds of herb and garlic frozen potatoes, 1 pound diced bacon, 1 diced onion, 16 beaten eggs, 40 ounces milk, 32 ounces heavy cream, 1 tablespoon salt, 2 teaspoons black pepper, 24 ounces shredded cheddar and 2 tablespoons chives.
