Fight 1v1, 2v2 or an all out free for all for the flag they must avoid sharp shooters holding plastic bb guns and get the flag without being knocked off by other players or the swinging hammer. If they fall off they land in a big pool of cow dung. The winner gets to take a shower.
Bam's Birthday is coming up and i think that it would be funny to hide a key in bams birthday cake, he accedently eats the key and then we handcuff him to eerin (his favorite cast member). the only way for him to get free is to shit out or throw up the key later in the day. but he has to live with eerin for who knows howlong.
When one of your friends goes to sleep go in his room and tie him down. ( handcuffs maybe?) Then Once he is up (or wake him up) mess with him in many ways. From tickling all the way to drawing. Maybe some free smacks or something. A whole load of ideas your mind can think of.
Blindfold the victim claiming to be taking them to a surprise (like a new car or something). Then, have someone fire a taser gun into their ass, while someone kicks them in the balls, while a prize fighter punches them in the face. Feel free to replace the prize fighter with pepper spray.
have a contest where a bunch of crazy video game nerds come and think that they are going to win a free xbox or other system, have them enter a contest and let them win, then have them do some stunts to finally win the xbox, just as you give them the system have it explode in their face somehow
