So I'm incredibly spoiled - I'm used to being able to find crushed panne velvet for four dollars a yard, or a rich brocade for six dollars a yard. A friend and I once found some faux fur for about fifty dollars a yard - which sounds expensive until I say that the pile was about two and a half inches long, a rich brown color and 60" wide.

You will need: 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 1/4 cups lime juice, 4-5 sliced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon salt, black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 chopped serrano chile, 1/4 bunch chopped cilantro and half a cup of olive oil.
