Since making waves at Mobile World Congress 2018, Android Go devices have slowly trickled their way onto US shores. Only one device was officially announced for the US at MWC, but several OEMs have extended availability to the US in the months since, and it looks like we just received another.
OnePlus has now officially upgraded both the 5 and 5T to Android 8.1 Oreo. As implied by the version number, this isn't a huge update from Android 8.0 Oreo. However, OnePlus has included a few of their own features as well.

HTC is heading in a strange direction lately. Making a NANDroid backup can save you from all sorts of flashing-related mishaps and accidents. Locking individual apps on your Android device gives you an added layer of security by safeguarding app data from unwanted attention.
