A prototype of a spray-on skin gun allows doctors to coat severe burns with the victim's own skin cells, resulting in nearly healed skin in just four days.

News: Paint + Water Looks Like Beautiful H-Bombs

Though photographer Mark Mawson's concept is simple, the results are stunning. In a series entitled Aqueous I and Aqueous II, Mawson took photographs of wet paint dispersed in water. The images evoke jellyfish, or rainbow colored hydrogen bombs. Mawson says:"I had seen lots of ink in water shots and wanted to try something which had more body and which produced more organic forms."

The result reveals (unsurprisingly) a beautiful Amazonian grace in the world's greatest players: Kim Clijsters, Serena Williams, Elena Dementieva, Jelena Jankovic, Samantha Stosur, Victoria Azarenka and Vera Zvonareva.

News: 10 Argentine hooligans are deported... is it just us?

In the news this past couple of days, we've heard of about 10 Argentine hooligans being deported back to Argentina before the start of the World Cup. I'm glad for the South African authorities showing that they have a firm grasp of security leading up to Friday's kick-off, and that the inter-agency cooperation between countries was a serious one.

This only looks difficult - it's actually not too hard. And the end result is so worth it! For this recipe, you will need: 1 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1 cup ground almonds, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 5 egg yolks, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup of lemon juice and zest, 4 ounces butter, 3 eggs, 1 egg yolk, 1 1/3 cups heavy cream, 3/4 cup almond flour, 1/2 teaspoon bitter almond extract and 1 tablespoon of your favorite liqueur. Make a layered lemon and almond semifreddo cake.
