Use these relaxing poses to release tension and stress from the entire body. Remember, the key to yoga is gentle, deep breathing and a clear mind.
I turned my first ear plug purely as a challenge when the question was asked on a turning forum and nobody could provide an answer. I didn't know much about them, only a general concept of the shape I was going after.

I've decided to write this post so some of the fledgling street artists who may or may not follow this world in the future are informed about two things in the urban art world that are either not discussed at all, or distorted (intentionally or otherwise) to the point of misinformation. Those two things are, as the title says, the dangers of street art, and the morals of street art.
Miley Cyrus is a polarizing figure. You either love her or you hate her, and she's always doing something to reaffirm your particular bias (like pole dancing on an ice cream stand, for instance). But there's little debate that she knows how to belt out a good ballad.

Imagine the river and all its nobleness until the Jetski rips into the frame. In the distance you see a line across the river. Instead of inspecting the line the rider (Robb-me) goes full throttle at the line ( bunji-cord) Then the rider stands up just in time to catch it on the ribs. Sending the rider flying into the air like a bottlerocket. Landing what ever way was intended by what ever god you choose, personally I am choosing Poseidon because he could release the cracken would'nt that be ...
This skit is very simple. Find an icy lake, like unimaginably cold ice water. Set up an airtube (water trampoline) with a platform above it. Have one cast member stand up on the platform ready to jump on one end while another cast member sits on the other end... naked of course... ready to be launched into the freezing cold water.

In the 1970s, Dutch legend Johan Cruyff invented a soccer trick called the Cruyuff turn, which tricks the defender into thinking you're about to pass or cross the ball. Instead of doing either, you drag the ball behind you to keep dribbling towards your destination. Successful football skills are all about how you can trick your opponent with footwork and body gestures, so get moving with this effective soccer trick!

The obliques are used to assist with rotation of the torso, as well as basic abdominal contractions. This exercise is great if you want to target the oblique muscles. Unlike traditional abdominal exercises, the oblique twist works other muscle groups as well.
The standing side bend is similar to the side crunch exercise. The only difference is that the upper body has to resist gravity in the side crunch exercise. Side bends require weighted resistance to resist gravity, but the movement is virtually the same as the side crunch. This exercise is supposed to target the obliques, but the lateral flexors of the spine (quadratus lumborum) are also involved. The obliques are commonly referred to as "love handles." They are used to assist with rotation o...
The stiff leg deadlift is a great exercise for the hamstring and glute areas. The movement is relatively easy to perform. The key is to keep the lower back flat as you bend at the waist. Do not round the back on the way down. The preferred feet position is about shoulder width apart or less. The stiff leg deadlift can also be performed with the feet together.

The screenshot editor in iOS is full of fun and powerful ways to mark up your images to quickly highlight what's important. Are your smartphone's built-in speakers not loud enough? Don't want to fork out the cash for some additional speakers? Instructables user urant's got you covered. He created the Whirlwind—a portable paper stand and speaker that folds up to fit in your pocket or wallet so you can take it with you on the go. The best part about this amplifier is that it's free to make. You can use regular old printer paper, but urant suggests using something a little sturdier for the stand.
Number One and Number Two Go 3DSet up a platform, just wide enough for someone to stand on, about ten feet in the air. This is our jousting area. You know, the kind of jousting with the giant Q-tips. Skating backwards can be challenging but an instructor from Expert Village shows us two easy ways to learn. Several important things to keep in mind before you begin is to not be afraid of falling, make sure your body is relaxed, and your knees should not be locked. Now, from a standing position and weight equally distributed on both legs, slowly push your legs out to the side then back again in a sort of figure eight and then repeat. This will slowly propel you backwards. Another way to skat...
