If you want Star Wars, look to the games and not the movies to satisfy your hunger. The original Force Unleashed was a great game and a surprise hit. Later next year another Star Wars MMO will debut from Bioware. Maybe the Star Wars novels are also a good source for Star Wars material, but that's a realm I know nothing about.

I bought a canon 7D and used it for an entire weekend.  I noticed it dropped frames much more than my Canon 5D.  There were many more aliasing problems with fine detail in the background.  The camera is just plain awful in low light situations.  Anything above 400 ISO I was getting too much noise to deal with.  The only thing it was great at was taking lots of stills at a high rate of speed.   This feature is great for certain types of sports photography.  Overall I was very unhappy with the ...

Quick, winter is coming to a close, time to catch the tail end of the winter sport season. This could potentially include ice diving in Kaindy Lake (if you happen find yourself in Kazakhstan, home of Borat). Kaindy Lake was created by an enormous limestone landslide, and as a result, a forest was submerged. In the summer, half drowned trees emerge from the water, creating a dramatic effect.
