So is it possible to live with only 100 things or less? Blogger David Bruno has created sort of an online meme dare called "100 thing challenge" for people to live on 100 things or less. If you Google "100 thing challenge," you can see how other people who have taken on the challenge have whittled down their personal belongings to just 100 things.
Congratulations to Eline Art for "Puddle Reflection", the winning photo for this past week's Phone Snap Challenge!
I remember being a child and playing on my mother's typewriter—oh, how simple it all was! Nowadays, we've got our smartphones, laptops, iPads and various other gadgets to type out our documents and complete almost any other task at hand. Sometimes it's nice to get away from all the technology, load up a fresh ribbon, and type away on the typewriter!
It's sad to say, but I will no longer be writing up anymore Scrabble Challenges. Frankly, I just don't have the time to make them now. And though they are incredibly fun and "challenging" to conjure up, I'm not sure that people are finding them as useful as I had hoped. But really, it all comes down to time. So, unless I have a future craving for puzzle-making, last week's Scrabble Challenge #20 was the last one.
Here's a nice challenge for you completionists out there. In Assassin's Creed: Revelations, after you collect all 10 of the memoir pages, load up Sequence 5 - Memory 3 and head over to the Hagia Sofia. Once you're inside, I hope you're wearing your platforming hat, because you will need to jump, climb, slide and glide your way to the very end of the challenge course.
Talk about a tough challenge with very little reward. The '50x Combo' achievement in Batman: Arkham City is hard to get. Like, stupidly hard. What you have to do to get this achievement is get a 50x combo without taking any damaged.
Welcome to WonderHowTo's first Weekly Community Roundup! Each week we will be featuring the best projects from the community, as well as ongoing challenges and activities you can partake in. WonderHowTo is made up niche communities called Worlds, so if you've yet to join one, get a taste of what's been happening this week in the highlighted Worlds below...
Giveaway Tuesdays has officially ended! But don't sweat it, WonderHowTo has another World that's taken its place. Every Tuesday, Phone Snap! invites you to show off your cell phone photography skills.

Noah Scalin—proprietor of the web famous Skull-A-Day project—has teamed up with LEGO engineer/artist Clay Morrow to provide instructions for Scalin's LEGO skull first posted back in '08. Rendered with LDView, Morrow dissected the original piece and put together full instructions (including a parts list) now available as a free downloadable PDF.
Being WonderHowTo staff, I'm not qualified to win this week's Smartphone photography challenge, but I thought I'd share anyway. The (unfortunately) blurry image shown above is a shot of Professor Edgar Choueiri's sound lab at Princeton University. Edgar is a friend, and was kind enough to give me a tour of the space where he's developed 3-dimensional sound.
if you're ever wondering what to do on a server, you can ask people to set a challenge for you, or even set a challenge for yourself to create something new.
Hello! This is the Slave 1 from Star Wars (Jango Fett's ship) for the Space Weekly Challenge! This is a view from the font (hopefully there will be more asteroids)! View from the left. View from the back. View from the right. And a way to get inside! Enjoy!
Ice fishing can be a bit more challenging (and cold!) than regular fishing - but much more rewarding when you catch something! This video by expert fishers Dick and Sue Viera show you all the proper techniques and safety precautions for a successful ice fishing trip. Go ice fishing in a frozen lake.
Throw a giant bob for apples challenge in a pool. Tie everyone's arms to their sides and dress them up like mermaids, tails, bikinis and all. Give them a giant scuba flipper.
After you get comfortable with boxes and flat rails, it's time to step up to a kinked rail. Kinked rails are better and more fun that straight rails because they're more technical and challenging. Slide a kink rail.
I like exploring and building underground in Minecraft. Finding a ravine, or even better one with an abandoned mineshaft. Exploring caves, and discovering dungeons. So this challenge is right up my alley. Right from the warp point to the challenge I notice the way some of the sand was sunken in zig zag patterns. I knew There had to be something down there so I started excavating. I quickly found a series of caves and the story of my build unfolded as I explored. I won't go into the history of...
For any of you not in the loop, last week marked our first ever WTFoto Challenge. The goal was to find the craziest, most absurd stock photo on the web we've never seen before. There were a lot of WTF images submitted to our community corkboard, and now it's time to announce the results of the stock image showdown. Who will win the the honor of Watermark of Weirdness? Drumroll please, imaginary band leader named Tim Drickles...
For the limited-free-building contest I gave myself an even more extreme challenge: what could I do with only ONE block type? I chose nether brick stairs, in the gold challenge pack, because stairs are great.

In this week's Phone Snap Challenge, we would like you to experiment with lighting and mood setting to create a silhouette. A silhouetted photograph contains a subject that is defined with an outline, appearing dark against a bright background. The subject generally appears dark, without any detail, while the background is bright and more exposed. Silhouettes in photographs appear to be simple, yet they can convey a sense of drama and emotion. Before you get started, check out this guide on h...

A recent study in Canada concluded that competitive Scrabble players are twenty percent faster than non-Scrabble players at identifying real words on a Scrabble rack. In light of this news, this week's challenge is actually just a game of Scrabble Sprint from Pogo.com.
To make things a little more fun here on Scrabble World, I've decided to start a weekly feature for word freaks to ponder about it... a challenge. No, I'm not 'challenging' any of your words... I'm challenging your brains. See if you can figure some of these Scrabble puzzles out. You can print this page or hand write the questions out to play at home (or wherever).
