Samsung has announced that their latest flagship device, the Galaxy S5, will ship with over $500 worth of exclusive, pre-paid, and discounted subscriptions from leading mobile content and service providers.
As reported by member Rick, the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update is rolling out right now for the T-Mobile variant of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, matching the Sprint and US Cellular updates from last week. While we don't have any specifics from T-Mobile regarding the update, it can be assumed that it brings the standard KitKat features such as immersive mode, transparent status bar, lock screen upgrades, and cloud printing support.
This morning Box released new versions for iPhone and iPad apps, and with them, a nice little surprise in the way of free stuff. Users who sign up within the next month will be gifted 50 GBs of cloud storage. This is a huge upgrade from their standard 10 GBs, and should be more than enough for most of us. In addition to the storage give away, the app includes a new UI, preview support, commenting, and other upgrades.

Three years ago, Double Fine productions held an in-house event called the Amnesia Fortnight. I've been unreasonably excited about Dungeon Defenders (NOT DUNGEON DEFENDER!) for almost a year. Playing it at PAX did nothing to damper that enthusiasm. I had a chance this week to speak with co-founder/development director Jeremy Stieglitz and marketing diretor Philip Asher from Gainesville, Florida based developer Trendy Entertainment to find out a little more about the game, and how it came together.
