Minecraft is not just a game. It is a creative tool. Over the past year and a half countless epic builds, servers, and community projects have been undertaken. I'm sure some of you have seen the one-to-one scale recreation of the Starship Enterprise from Star Trek or the epic server Godcraft. Countless projects such as these are being worked on as we speak, and they serve to inspire us all.

I'm not much for politics, but I do like to keep tabs on our elected government officials from time to time, since I am a registered voter and believe that every one should vote (unless they're just voting to say they voted). This pretty much means I pay attention to my local and state officials, the presidential candidates, and of course, any political scandal that makes me chuckle.
Kudos to student Tim Wheatley, who came up with this incredibly nifty DIY animation using a bicycle wheel, cardboard cut-outs, and wire to create a magical reinvention of the classic zoetrope, Earth's earliest form of animation (it first surfaced in China around 180 AD!). Simply give it a spin, and the animation comes to life. Inspired to make your own? First, learn the basic principles of the zoetrope here or here. Posted with permission via HereComeTheYanks.com Ok, so my prediction of a 3-1 USA victory didn't come true. But I can honestly say that I am extremely happy with a 1-1 draw!! There were times where we looked shaky (first 15 minutes). But there were also times when we were taking it to them (Jozy's great run down the flank only to be denied by the woodwork).
FrontierVille reminds me of FarmVille's land design, Treasure Isle's collectibles, Mafia Wars energy consumption all wrapped up with an Oregon Trail theme. I like very much that when I need energy, it's actually available to find or earn and that there's really very little to wait for. The 5 and 15 minute crops keep you coming back to harvest. The bonus meter keeps you clicking on things as quickly as you can. There's a bit of strategy involved with your space plan and game play. You can real...

When performing this exercise it is very important to remember proper form; failure to do so could lead to back and neck pain.
